Founded by a community sector professional with both lived and professional experience, The Community Workers Hub bridges the gap between policy and practice. We know firsthand the challenges frontline workers face – from vicarious trauma and burnout, to navigating complex systems and advocating for clients in crisis. That’s why we’re committed to building the capacity of individuals and organisations through services that centre care, accessibility, and social justice.

We are strong advocates for trauma-informed, person-centred, and culturally safe approaches. We believe that good practice is inclusive practice – and that systems should work with people, not against them. Through our consulting, training, and advocacy support, we help organisations embed these values into the way they work, lead, and care.
