3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms and conditions for services such as consulting, training, or course access are outlined at the point of sale or in your service agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Consulting/Training Services: Cancellations made with 7+ days’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded (minus any admin fees). Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted, unless required by law (e.g. under the Australian Consumer Law).
If you subscribe to an annual membership, you are agreeing to be automatically charged annually at the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours prior to your renewal date. No refunds will be offered past this time.
If you experience issues accessing or using a course, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
